POSITION: Associate - Inbound Voice

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview

The Associate - Inbound Voice, will be responsible for servicing customers in the domain of technology.

Job Requirements:

If you have a flair for customer service and technology then we've got the job for you. Serving one of our many global, Fortune 500 clients, you will:

  • Be prepared to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Have strong working knowledge of computers and a keen interest in the Internet
  • Have exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Have typing skills of 20 words per minute (gross speed) with 80% accuracy
  • Be quick to learn, and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Education/Knowledge:

  • Minimum 12 years of formal education with three years of education with English as the medium of communication - OR - ten years of formal education with two years of work experience from any industry.

Soft/Desired Skills:

  • You take pride in professional accountability
  • You are familiar with knowledge management/information mapping methodologies
  • You are team-oriented and self-disciplined
  • You have a sense of urgency and have a high aptitude for learning and decision-making
  • You have good listening and time-management skills and are action-oriented
  • You are looking to grow with the company over the next two-to-three years, and are interested in education and learning
  • You have the ability to handle difficult situations and the ability to work in a structured work environment
  • You display enthusiasm, a positive approach, and confidence

Experience:

  • Call center, customer service, and/or technical support experience preferred
